Babies born on Leap Day are called "leaplings." There are about 4 million worldwide.

Anthony, Texas considers itself the Leap Year Capital of the World, and hosts a parade in which leaplings are invited to participate.

According to the New York Daily News, two different women have given birth to three different Leap Day babies! One in Norway in the 1960s, and one in Utah (babies born 2004, 2008, and 2012.)
