What is supported sleep coaching?

Our Sleep Coaching programs are life-changing! Using the Mommywise method, our programs are more supportive than anything you’ll find, with the fastest and easiest results imaginable. As part of our unique and supportive program, we stay with you in your home, providing individualized, one on one support for you and your family in real time.  By doing so, we will help you sleep train your baby in 72 hours or less. In addition, you will have 4 weeks of unlimited support to ensure that your baby is a good sleeper, forever. You’ll learn the difference between your baby’s habits and needs, feel more confident, and trust your parenting instincts in a deeper way than ever before. 

At Intown Doula, we know how much you love your little ones. We know you want the best for them and for your whole family. We also know you may have concerns or fears about sleep coaching, what it means, what it looks like, and what your baby will experience. These are all normal and valid feelings –With all the contradictory information out there, of course you’re scared and have concerns! We’re here to listen to you, to validate your feelings, and to figure out what is the best step for you and your family.
